Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other clinicians, medical providers, and support staff to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements: Experience in assessments with children and adolescents or an eager willingness to learn. A successful candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, is flexible, and has an ability to maintain professional relationships with the school teams and families that we work with.

Qualifications:
- Master or Doctoral Psychology License (clinical psychology preferred, open to related psychology fields but must be licensed or license eligible to work in private practice settings)
- Psych Associate License
- License or license-eligible to work in DC, MD, and/or VA
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.

Compensation:
The Independent Contractor shall receive fifty (50%) of all collected revenue generated from services personally rendered by the Licensed Psychologist/Psychology Associate.
