Job Description – Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Renoxx Caregivers, Inc. is a licensed Maryland ABA service provider serving children and adolescents across Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide services in Lanham, MD.

As an RBT, you will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with clients to support skill development and behavior improvement in home, center, and community-based settings.

Schedule Requirement

• Availability needed primarily for afternoon and evening hours

Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid RBT certification or be willing to obtain one
• Experience delivering ABA treatment to children with autism preferred
• High school diploma required (college coursework or degree a plus)
• Successful completion of a background check
• Three professional references
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
