We specialize in incorporating Biblical Truths and Clinical Tools to help our clients work through trauma, anxiety, fear, grief and loss while integrating our Christian faith. Our therapy services extend to individuals 8+ and couples.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for working with teens, couples, and families. Solid clinical documentation + time management skills. A heart for Jesus and people. Part-time position up to 10 client hours. The employee will be paid for clinical hours and admin pay (which includes but is not limited to supervision, responding to emails from potential clients, consultation calls, client centered advocacy etc).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and collateral therapy sessions to clients with various mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address client needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in a timely manner
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health counseling

Qualifications:

  • Must be on their first registration with the BBS and be in good standing and active status with the CA BBS.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Ability to do in person Monday, Friday or Saturday, some evening required
  • Experience with trauma-informed therapy approaches preferred
  • Experience working with couples preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
