Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
Empower staff and deliver high-quality behavioral therapy while mentoring and leading clinical programs. One remote day per week is included for flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
• Provide parent training and maintain clinical excellence.
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Participate in staff training, QA, and curriculum development.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental needs.
• Comfortable using technology for clinical documentation.
• Background and immunization clearance required.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
