Comprehensive Care ABA is a small, personable company that provides direct treatment to clients with a diagnosis of ASD. We are looking for an experienced Behavior Technician or Program Manager that is available to start part-time and is willing to grow alongside us. The Behavior Technician/Program Manager must be energetic, warm, and fun to be around.

The Behavior Technician is a Bachelor's level therapist while the Program Manager has a Master's degree.

This is specifically for a part-time position that works on Saturday and Sunday (6-8 hours per day).

Direct treatment responsibilities:

The Behavior Technician/Program Manager will be responsible for providing direct ABA treatment to the client at their home/community. You will have a small caseload of clients to work with (start with 1 client), which gives you more opportunities to bond with the family.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with children (ages 3-12) with autism for at least one year
  • Physically fit to move around, get up and down on the floor, and overall physical play with excitable children
  • Driver's license with a functioning car
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Registered Behavior Technician or BCaBA certification is preferred, but not required

Benefits:

  • Behavior Technician pay starts at $30/hour depending on expertise and certification
  • Program Manager pay starts at $42/hour depending on expertise and certification
  • Raises are given every 6 months depending on client satisfaction/performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
