Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Overview:
Join a collaborative clinical team as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor. Provide mentorship, clinical oversight, and support to staff while maintaining your focus on direct clinical care. Flexible scheduling includes one work-from-home day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assessments and data-driven treatment planning.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
• Conduct parent training sessions.
• Maintain 30 billable hours weekly.
• Collaborate across the team to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist with quality assurance and curriculum development.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental needs.
• Comfortable using tablets, software, and scheduling platforms.
• Background and immunization clearance.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
