About Job

Position Overview:
The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized behavior intervention programs. This position is critical to ensuring that clients receive evidence-based, compassionate, and ethical care that promotes skill-building and positive behavioral change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make recommendations.
  • Provide direct services to clients in various settings (home, clinic, community).
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Active and in good standing BCaBA certification through the BACB.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the ABA field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction from BCBA supervisors.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within service areas.
