Position Overview:
The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized behavior intervention programs. This position is critical to ensuring that clients receive evidence-based, compassionate, and ethical care that promotes skill-building and positive behavioral change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make recommendations.
- Provide direct services to clients in various settings (home, clinic, community).
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Active and in good standing BCaBA certification through the BACB.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the ABA field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessments, and intervention strategies.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from BCBA supervisors.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within service areas.

Pay: $70,188.00 - $74,770.00 per year
