Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide training and support in implementing behavior strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients and families about behavioral principles, medical terminology, and the importance of patient care.
- Stay updated on best practices in applied behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to patient care is a plus.
- Experience in behavioral therapy settings, particularly with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding medical records management.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
