At Desta Therapy, we believe in creating a space where both clients and therapists can truly thrive. We’re a family-owned and steadily growing counseling practice based in San Antonio, serving clients across Texas. Our goal is to build a peaceful, joyful, and supportive environment where therapists can do meaningful, life-changing work — without the burnout.

We’re currently seeking fully licensed Arabic-English therapists who are passionate about helping other Abrabic-English speaking clients and want to be part of a close-knit team that values connection, collaboration, and authenticity.

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for compassionate, grounded, and skilled therapists who are ready to grow with us. Ideal candidates are:

• Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Strong in clinical documentation and communication
• Creative, reliable, authentic, and passionate about their work
• Open to working evening, weekend, or standard daytime hours
• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
