Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! The RBT will work directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing support to clients in achieving their behavioral goals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy procedures as outlined in client BIPs, including discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment training (NET), pivotal response training (PRT), and other evidence-based interventions.
• Collect data accurately and consistently on client progress using various data collection methods (e.g., frequency, duration, latency).
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of client sessions in electronic formats.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, supervisors, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Attend regular supervision meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
• Build positive and therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (for RBT positions)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for working with children and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Experience with electronic data collection systems (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
