*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and conducting diagnostic evaluations in the field of behavioral health.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Assist in implementing behavior intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote positive behavioral outcomes
*Requirements*
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and behavioral intervention strategies
- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.25 - $38.00 per hour
