KMC, LLC is a busy psychology practice in Clearwater and seeking a part or full-time Florida Licensed Psychologist to work in a private practice. We are a practice composed of independent, intelligent, positive practitioners and are looking for another highly competent and driven clinician to join the team. Clientele ranges in presentation from early childhood throughout the lifespan. At present, we are seeking a child specialist interested in providing both therapy and completion of psychological evaluations.

We are largely self-pay but do accept some major insurance plans based on the population they allow us to serve within the community, in addition to holding some private contracts with the Department of Children and Families. In addition to referrals, the practice offers billing services and administrative support in scheduling, and credentialing to join designated insurance panels through the practice.

The primary job responsibility would entail provisions of direct services including initial evaluations, diagnosis, treatment plans, intervention, individual and family care, completion of psychological, psychoeducation and neuropsychological evaluations. Opportunities to supervise and train doctoral students exist. Group collaboration among providers within the practice, monthly case consultations, networking opportunities and training within the practice is provided.

Our office was custom built for KMC in 2023 affording clients a comfortable and spacious waiting room, private offices for clinicians, kitchen, and conference room for use. Payment is incentive based, wherein clinicians have the opportunity to earn higher percentages based on amounts billed. The position allows for significant flexibility in either a full-time or part-time position, days and hours as an independent contractor. This position provides an opportunity to be a part of an amazing, supportive team, while affording the flexibility that comes with working independently.
