Custom Sander - Pinellas (26559)

Position Summary

Responsible for preparing high-end custom cabinetry and millwork for finishing. Ensures all surfaces meet premium quality standards prior to stain, paint, or specialty finishes.

Essential Functions

• Sand and prepare custom cabinetry to a furniture-grade finish
• Inspect and correct surface imperfections
• Follow detailed finishing specifications
• Collaborate with finishing team to ensure quality standards

• 2+ years of experience in custom woodworking or cabinetry preferred
• Knowledge of wood species and finishing prep
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to finishing chemicals and airborne particulates. Proper PPE including respirators, gloves, and eye protection must be worn. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
