- Active Florida Department of Health Psychology licensure required
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist or in a similar educational mental health role is preferred
- Ability to serve multiple campuses and manage a varied caseload efficiently
- Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and assessment for school-aged children
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Able to meet time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including background checks (fingerprints may be retrievable from existing DOH records)
- Conduct psychological testing and assessments for students at three designated schools
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Deliver focused counseling to address a variety of student needs and support learning outcomes
- Develop, monitor, and help implement effective student support plans
