Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy is a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to children and families. We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team!

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect data, and document client progress. If you're RBT-certified, that's a plus, but not required! We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings

• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

• Collect data and document client progress

• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment

• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22-$25/hour

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour

Requirements:

• English/Spanish bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred

• RBT certification a plus, but not required

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Ability to pass background checks
