COMPREHENSIVE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $75,000–$110,000 annually (based on licensure level and experience)
- Associate level (LSW/LAC): $75,000–$95,000
- Fully licensed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT): $90,000–$110,000
- FREE clinical supervision toward LCSW/LPC licensure (valued at $5,000–$10,000 annually)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IMPACT
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy
- Apply trauma-informed, strength-based interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (schools, DCF, healthcare providers)
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and treatment notes
- Advocate for clients and connect families with community resources
- Participate in clinical supervision and team consultation
- Provide in-home therapy and evaluations to children, adolescents, and families
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Current NJ licensure as LSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (or eligibility within 6 months of graduation)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for community-based work)
- Ability to pass background checks (required for working with children)
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy
- Bilingual skills (Spanish is a plus!)
- Knowledge of NJ child welfare and mental health systems
- Cultural humility and commitment to equity

OFFICE LOCATION: Our administrative office is located in Springfield, NJ.
SERVICE AREA: This is a community-based position serving families throughout New Jersey. Clinicians provide in-home services across multiple counties. You will be assigned to a service area based on your location and preference.
