```Duties```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
- Strong observation and data collection skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
