- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
- Thorough understanding of special education laws, IEP processes, and Section 504 accommodations
- Strong evaluation, assessment, and intervention skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with teachers, administrators, caregivers, and students
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Collaborate in the development, implementation, and review of IEPs and 504 Plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges
- Participate in crisis response, behavioral interventions, and positive behavior support initiatives
- Facilitate group and individual counseling as needed
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success and wellbeing
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
