Our growing multidisciplinary practice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team.

About Us

Cyfair Psychiatry is a well-established outpatient psychiatry practice serving children, adolescents, and adults throughout the Houston area. Our team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, and support staff who work together to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and midlevel providers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, supportive therapy, trauma-informed care, and family interventions when appropriate

Qualifications

• Active Texas LPC or LCSW license required
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative clinical team
• Experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and family therapy preferred
