Position Requirements
Fully Licensed Clinicians (LPC,LMFT)
Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas.
Proof of professional liability insurance.
Associate Clinicians (LPC-Associate / LMFT-Associate)
We are excited to support the next generation of therapists. To be eligible for employment as an Associate in Texas, you must meet the following requirements:
Active Associate License: Must hold a current Texas LPC-Associate or LMFT-Associate license in good standing.
Supervision Agreement: Must have an established BHEC-approved supervision agreement (we can discuss internal supervision options if applicable).
Compliance: Must adhere to all Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) rules regarding clinical hours and documentation.
Employment Status: As an Associate, you must be employed by the practice (W-2) or have a valid contract that complies with state board regulations regarding the practice of counseling by non-fully licensed individuals.
General Skills

Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills.
