Job Overview
Level Up ABA Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in school settings. This role focuses on helping children succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, collaborates well with teachers and support staff, and is committed to making a meaningful impact in students’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to students in classroom and school environments
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior
- Support students with communication, social skills, transitions, and classroom participation
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and school policies
- Attend supervision meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications Required
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Ability to pass background checks and school clearance requirements
- Reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- No weekends
Work Location
In-person at local school districts and educational programs in the Le Roy/Batavia/Rochester region.
