Registered Behavior Technician

Job Overview

Level Up ABA Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in school settings. This role focuses on helping children succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, collaborates well with teachers and support staff, and is committed to making a meaningful impact in students’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA services to students in classroom and school environments
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior
• Support students with communication, social skills, transitions, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and school policies
• Attend supervision meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Ability to pass background checks and school clearance requirements
• Reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience in a school or educational setting
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift
• No weekends

Work Location

In-person at local school districts and educational programs in the Le Roy/Batavia/Rochester region.
