Optimum ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapists to join our team. As a family-run company with a focus on love and kindness, we are committed to improving the lives of individuals in our community who have been diagnosed with autism, Down syndrome, ADD, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. With over 40 years of combined experience, our team of Behavior Analysts and therapists work collaboratively to provide personalized ABA services and create individualized treatment plans for our clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience with children and teens in homes or clinic settings
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with supervisors, clients and stakeholders
  • Compassionate and patient approach in working with individuals with diverse needs.
  • Understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Physical ability to actively engage in therapy sessions, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement behavior plans
  • Work 1: 1 with clients delivering the best care possible at all times
  • Travel to clients as needed
  • Take and record Data effectively
  • Work under the supervision of the BCBA or BCaBA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
