Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to provide support and implement behavior management strategies. Your role will involve data collection, analysis, and documentation to ensure effective treatment plans.

```Duties```

- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by the behavior analyst

- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors and progress

- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities

- Collaborate with the behavior analyst and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, behaviors, and interventions

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information

- Assist with training and educating caregivers on behavior management techniques

```Experience```

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies

- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health

- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data on client behaviors

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team

- Excellent attention to detail for accurate documentation of client progress

-Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
