Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and family members on behavioral therapy techniques
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and confidential patient records
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, educators, and other service providers to coordinate care plans
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient evaluations to refine treatment goals

Qualifications

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, and special education methodologies
  • Excellent skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation practices
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and managing medical records
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a compassionate manner
  • Master’s or higher degree in psychology or related field.

Pay: $72.00 - $80.00 per hour
