We’re Hiring: Community Liaison & Outreach Sales Representative (CNA/GNA Preferred)

Part‑Time | 15 Hours/Week | $18/hr + Bonuses

Location: Maryland (local field outreach + remote work)

Maiden Spring Healthcare Services is seeking a motivated, personable, and community‑focused Outreach Representative to help us connect with seniors, families, and referral partners in the community.

This role is ideal for someone with a CNA/GNA, healthcare, sales, or marketing background who enjoys building relationships and helping families access quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Complete 30–40 weekly outreach touches (calls, emails, in‑person visits)
• Build relationships with referral sources:
• Hospitals
• Rehab centers
• Senior centers
• Supports Planning Agencies
• Physician offices
• Community organizations
• Present our services and distribute marketing materials
• Maintain a pipeline of referral partners and prospective clients
• Follow up with warm leads
• Submit weekly outreach activity reports

Success Looks Like

• 6–10 qualified inquiries per month
• 2–3 in‑home assessments scheduled
• 1–2 new client sign‑ups (bonus eligible)

What We’re Looking For

• CNA, GNA, healthcare, sales, or marketing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and weekly activity goals
• Organized, self‑motivated, and professional
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation

• $18/hour
• Bonus for each new client sign‑up
• Flexible 15‑hour weekly schedule
