Channel ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) throughout Maryland to join our supportive and collaborative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team serving children with autism and developmental disabilities. Part time and Full time positions available!

Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
- Administer assessments such as:
- VB-MAPP
- ABLLS-R
- AFLS
- PEAK
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Review and analyze ABA therapy data to guide treatment decisions
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure services meet BACB ethical and clinical standards
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Maryland BCBA license
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience providing ABA therapy for children with autism
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing treatment plans
- Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians
