Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. In this engaging position, you will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve meaningful progress while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. This position includes school, home and community based service.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques tailored to each individual’s goals.
- Implement behavioral interventions designed to improve communication, social skills, daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
- Provide training, supervision, and support to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation across settings.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation, medical records, and patient assessments in accordance with legal standards.
- Hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Demonstrate experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
- Possess strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies.
- Experience in conducting patient assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations within behavioral health or clinical settings.
- Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and maintaining detailed medical documentation.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy and confidentiality.
