Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home & Community ABA Therapy

Location: Waxhaw & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $28–$32/hr | Job Type: Part-time

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
  • Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans
  • Collect and track session data
  • Support children’s skill development and progress in collaboration with your BCBA

Who We’re Looking For

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • Familiarity with CentralReach system (required)
  • ABA experience working with children
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
  • Passion for helping children and families succeed
