Autism 360 is expanding, and we are seeking experienced BCBAs who are ready to broaden their impact across multiple centers while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

This Regional Clinical BCBA role is designed for strong clinicians who want to deepen their clinical expertise, support multiple teams, and position themselves for advancement into regional leadership roles.

You will serve as a primary BCBA within an assigned region while also providing flexible support across centers as needed.

This is a leadership pathway role.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8 to 5

  • No evenings, weekends, or major holidays

THE ROLE OF THE REGIONAL MENTORSHIP COORDINATOR

This role maintains direct clinical responsibility while offering exposure to broader operational and leadership functions. The Regional Clinical BCBA will:

  • Carry and manage a full BCBA caseload within an assigned region

  • Provide coverage and clinical support across additional locations as needed

  • Support onboarding and mentoring of newer BCBAs

  • Model strong supervision practices for technicians

  • Maintain high clinical quality and documentation standards

  • Assist in training initiatives and A360U events

  • Participate in regional collaboration meetings

  • Partner with Regional Mentorship Coordinators and Clinical Leadership on quality initiatives

Regional Structure

This is a multi-site regional position serving Autism 360 centers within the greater Charlotte area. The Regional Clinical BCBA will be assigned to a primary region consisting of two centers and may provide coverage across all six locations as needed. This role requires regular on-site presence and flexibility to travel between locations to ensure clinical continuity and quality of care.

Our regions within the greater Charlotte area include:

  • Shelby / Gastonia

  • Hickory / Conover

  • University / Matthews

Leadership Track Opportunity

This position is designed for clinicians who are interested in growing into future leadership roles. Advancement into leadership roles is based on performance, clinical excellence, and demonstrated mentorship capacity.

The Regional Clinical BCBA will have opportunities to:

  • Participate in mentorship and leadership development

  • Assist with BCBA onboarding and training

  • Contribute to clinical quality initiatives

  • Build readiness for Regional Mentorship Coordinator opportunities

What we are looking for

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Experience managing a full clinical caseload

  • Strong supervision and documentation skills

  • Interest in mentoring and leadership growth

  • Willingness to travel between assigned regional centers

As a Regional Mentorship Coordinator, you will help shape and guide innovative programming across centers.

  • Farm based learning and gardening
