About Us
Worthy Life Wellness, PLLC is a small, heart-centered counseling practice in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. We believe in authentic connection, compassionate care, and holistic healing that honors both mind and body.

Our practice also houses HoneyBloom Yoga, LLC, our sister yoga and wellness studio — so don’t be surprised if you find a few therapists practicing mindfulness or walking barefoot between sessions. We are professional yet relaxed, intentional yet creative, and we genuinely love the people we serve and the community we’re part of.

We integrate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, and we value an eclectic team of therapists who bring their full, authentic selves to their work.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a fully licensed LCPC or LCSW who is:

• Flexible, grounded, and non-judgmental
• Passionate about people, community, and connection
• Comfortable in a collaborative and authentic environment (we’re not “stuffy”)
• Interested in or familiar with somatic, trauma-informed, or mindfulness-based approaches
• Responsible and professional with documentation, scheduling, and ethics
• Excited to join a supportive small-practice team

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy (in-person and/or telehealth)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with a small team that values creativity, compassion, and growth
• Participate in case consultation, community events, and optional studio-based wellness opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 Employee Status (not 1099)
• Pay based on a percentage of what you bill — paid as insurance claims are processed and reimbursed
