Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with the Danbury, CT school district to bring on a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position with a K-12 caseload (TBD). The contract will run through June 19, 2026, with potential renewal based on performance and district needs.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 32 hours per week

• Caseload: K-12 students (specifics TBD)

• Compensation: Competitive pay, dependent on experience

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Provide training, modeling, and support for teachers, staff, and paraprofessionals.

• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education teachers, school psychologists, and administrators.

• Ensure compliance with IEP goals and state/district guidelines.

Requirements (must be met to apply):

• Bachelors Degree or higher

• Connecticut DOE Certification

• Active BCBA License
