Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Danbury, CT

Pay: From $40-$45/hr, based off experience

Blazer Jobs is interviewing for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in Danbury, Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

  • Train and support teachers, staff, and families in applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies.

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.

Qualifications (Connecticut Requirements):

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology.

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.

  • Eligible for or currently holding a Connecticut educator certification if required by the district.

  • Previous school-based ABA experience strongly preferred.
