Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school team in Danbury, Connecticut for the 20252026 school year. In this role, youll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to support students from kindergarten through high school helping them develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Provide coaching and training for staff and parents to ensure consistent implementation of plans

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

  • Support generalization of skills across school and community environments

  • Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (required; Masters preferred)

  • Current DOE Certification (CT)

  • Active BCBA license in Connecticut

  • Comfortable working with a K12 caseload

  • Must meet Connecticut school clearance requirements (background check, fingerprinting)
