This contract role supports up to 40 students, working collaboratively alongside another school social worker who serves on a half-time basis. The schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing consistent daytime hours within the school year calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive social work services, including counseling, assessment, and intervention, to meet the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
• Provide early intervention support to students requiring additional assistance
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation aligned with school policies
