Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to provide essential social work services within an elementary school setting. The role involves supporting students' social and emotional development, addressing behavioral concerns, and collaborating with educators and families to promote a positive learning environment. This is a contract role for the current school year located in Arlington Heights, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students.
• Provide individual and group counseling to address social and emotional issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Connect students and families with community resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker credentials as required by the state.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of educational and social services resources available in the community.
