Mental Health Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) – Hybrid Opportunity in Queens, NY


Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | At least 3 evening or Saturday shifts required

Work Setting: Hybrid (40% in-office at Forest Hills or Jackson Heights / 60% remote)

Compensation: Fee-for-service structure

Location: Queens, NY – Forest Hills & Jackson Heights

Bleuler Psychotherapy Center, a long-standing nonprofit mental health clinic in Queens, is hiring licensed Clinicians (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our dynamic and inclusive care team. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct intakes, psychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments (including CSSRS)
  • Deliver individual, couples, family, crisis, and group therapy to clients ages 4 to older adulthood
  • Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment to a multicultural caseload
  • Coordinate care, refer to community resources, and support transitions in care
  • Document all sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Lead or co-lead therapy groups, including psychoeducation and support-based formats
  • Use tools like PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PSYCKES data to guide clinical decision-making
  • Participate in regular case conferences and collaborate with prescribers and supervisors
  • Submit mandated reports as needed (Child Abuse Hotline, Justice Center, etc.)
  • Communicate consistently with supervisors, the leadership team, and clinical colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused, and client-centered treatment culture


Who You Are

  • Licensed in New York State as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required)
  • Experienced in treating children, adolescents, adults, and/or families with mental health diagnoses
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and basic tech tools (email, telehealth, documentation)
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Bengali is a strong plus
  • Culturally competent and trauma-informed
  • Organized, responsive, and passionate about equity in mental health
  • Flexible and collaborative - able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-need setting

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-time = 37.5 hours/week or Part-time
  • Requires availability for 3 evening shifts (12 PM–8 PM or 1 PM–9 PM) or Saturday hours
