- Document services thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in accordance with OASAS regulations
- Complete required OASAS forms and maintain timely PAS-44, 45, 48, and gambling documentation
- Coordinate care and make referrals to Health Homes, detox, rehab, or other community providers as needed
- Engage families and collateral systems (court, parole, probation, ACS, EAPs) as appropriate
- Conduct toxicology testing and follow all reporting requirements as a Mandated Reporter
- Participate in supervision, case conferences, quality assurance reviews, and training
- Respond promptly to failed claims and documentation notices
- Contribute to outreach, community engagement, and program development
What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of substance use counseling experience (required)
- 2+ years’ experience in gambling treatment (preferred but not required)
- Must complete OASAS Clinical Screening for Impaired Driving Offenders within 2 months (agency supported)
- Willingness to complete 60-hour Gambling Designation training within 2 months if not already credentialed (agency will support)
- Strong communication and documentation skills; bilingual (Spanish, Bengali, etc.) a plus
