As a Center-based RBT You Will
- Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
- Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
- Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
- Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
- Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
- Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.

- A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must pass Propel administered background check
- Must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
