Position Overview: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Remote / Telehealth
The Remote BCBA manages a telehealth-based ABA caseload, provides virtual supervision to assigned in-person RBTs, oversees individualized treatment plans through remote data review, and delivers structured caregiver training via telehealth. This is a full-time remote position requiring a minimum of 28 billable hours per month. Georgia LBA licensure required.
What You Will Bring
Required:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing through the BACB
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in Georgia, or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience conducting FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs
- Strong self-direction and ability to manage a remote caseload without daily structure imposed by an office environment
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms, Motivity, and remote data review workflows
- Private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace for all clinical calls and telehealth sessions
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
- Prior experience delivering ABA supervision or caregiver training via telehealth
- Experience in early intervention or working with young children with autism
- Safety Care training certification
- Demonstrated track record of meeting billable expectations in a remote setting
What You'll Do
- Provide structured virtual supervision to assigned RBTs via telehealth — minimum 5% of each RBT’s service hours, distributed throughout the month
- Deliver virtual supervision using BST principles: structured agendas, data review via screen-sharing, specific behavioral feedback, and documented follow-up
- Conduct virtual treatment plan reviews with every RBT before their first session with a new client; document in Motivity same-day
- Review Motivity client data at least twice weekly; identify trends and make timely, documented, data-justified program modifications
- Develop and maintain individualized, current treatment plans; submit renewals at least 30 days before authorization expiration
- Deliver structured caregiver training via telehealth with measurable skill acquisition objectives; document all sessions same-day
- Complete all Motivity documentation same-day — session notes, supervision logs, training records — with no exceptions for working remotely
- Maintain full HIPAA compliance in all remote work activities; use only approved platforms for all clinical communication
- Maintain BCBA certification and Georgia LBA license current throughout employment; communicate renewal timelines to the Clinical Director at least 90 days in advance
- Communicate proactively with the Clinical Director on caseload status, authorization risks, and any clinical concerns that require director-level awareness
Compensation & Performance-Based Growth
Compensation: $75,000–$105,000 annual salary (W-2) , based on experience and preference. Minimum 28 billable hours/week and 4 non-billable hours / week hours required. Fully remote.
We use a structured annual performance evaluation system that assesses this role across remote clinical supervision quality and BACB compliance, treatment plan quality and data-driven programming, virtual caregiver training delivery and outcomes, documentation and remote compliance standards, and billable productivity. High performers—those who consistently exceed expectations—are eligible for merit increases of 5–7% plus bonus consideration. Employees who meet expectations receive 3–4% annual merit increases. Remote delivery allows us to serve families in both Metro Atlanta and Savannah who need access to quality BCBA supervision regardless of clinic proximity.
