Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join a behavioral health team at a 113-bed hospital in Valdosta, GA, serving adolescents, teens, and adults.
The role involves
- providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- managing psychotropic medications
- conducting patient rounds and follow-ups
- collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- maintaining clinical documentation
- potentially serving as Medical Director with additional stipends.
Patients include adolescents, teens, and adults with conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders.
