IFC Therapists is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, compassionate clinicians to join our team! We’re currently hiring licensed therapists (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, PsyD) who are available to see clients in person at our Lombard or Clarendon Hills locations.

If you love working with kids and/or couples, enjoy autonomy in your schedule, and want to focus more on therapy and less on administrative work — this is the place for you.

What We’re Looking For

• Active license in Illinois: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD
• Must be able to work in person at either our Highland Park, Lombard or Clarendon Hills location
• Willingness to see children and/or couples
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about client care
