Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing to identify mental health conditions and treatment needs
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, behavioral health therapy, and psychotherapy techniques
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical records
- Deliver crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies or trauma-related distress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, medical professionals, educators, and caregivers—to coordinate comprehensive care plans
- Supervise clinical interns or junior staff members to promote professional development and uphold high standards of patient care
- Facilitate intake assessments for new patients, ensuring thorough understanding of their history, current functioning, and treatment objectives
- Conduct outpatient and inpatient therapy sessions across diverse settings such as hospitals, clinics, schools, or via telehealth platforms
- Engage in ongoing research activities to stay current with advancements in mental health treatments and diagnostic tools
- Support patients with special needs including those with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder through tailored interventions
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) with demonstrated experience in clinical psychology practice
- Proven expertise in child & family counseling, working with children and adolescents in various environments such as schools or clinics
- Experience in crisis intervention techniques for mental health emergencies and trauma-related cases including PTSD care
- Familiarity with hospital-based settings and inpatient/outpatient treatment modalities
- Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy methods, behavioral health assessments, and diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Prior experience supervising clinical staff or interns is highly desirable
- Excellent patient care skills combined with the ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and psychological testing
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in telehealth environments utilizing secure platforms for remote therapy sessions
- Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, individuals with autism or disabilities, and those requiring addiction counseling or social work support

Pay: $87,361.94 - $105,210.07 per year
