Position Overview

Legacy Healing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Admissions Client Care Manager to support and oversee our admissions client care team during our midshift schedule.

This role is responsible for helping ensure all potential clients and families are handled with empathy, urgency, professionalism, and strict adherence to Legacy admissions standards and compliance expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of both client experience and operational accountability.

This position will also assist with incoming admissions calls as needed to support team performance and overall department goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting the admissions client care team during assigned shift hours
• Ensure all inquiries and potential admissions are handled with compassion, professionalism, and urgency
• Monitor team performance and adherence to Legacy admissions standards and compliance expectations
• Provide coaching, guidance, and real-time support to admissions staff
• Assist with inbound admissions calls as needed
• Help ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and communication throughout the admissions process
• Collaborate closely with leadership to improve workflow efficiency and client experience
• Maintain a high level of accountability, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Prior substance abuse admissions call center experience
• Candidates without direct substance abuse admissions experience will not be considered
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Strong understanding of admissions workflows, client intake processes, and compliance standards
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented mindset

Compensation

• $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
