JOB DUTIES:Hours we are seeking for weekdays and weekend. Flexible hours.Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to young adult diagnosed with autism or other disabilities, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, center base, or within the community.Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.Assist with keeping the working environment clean, organized and welcoming environment during therapy sessions.Collaborate effectively with the BCBA, psychologist or behavior consultant, parents, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.REQUIREMENTS:Provide in-home and community- based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.Must have at least 6 months of paid working experience with children or adults with special needs, have been in a volunteer program with kids, or have ABA experience.Must have a fun and energetic personality, as well as the ability to keep up with active young adult.Engage in and ensure client safety.Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the changing needs of clients and the company.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working with individuals with disabilities or in the field of ABA.Graduates or current students in a related field such as psychology, special education, or behavior analysis.Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly encouraged.Experience as a Direct Service Professional, DSP, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Therapist, BT, RBT, Special Education, Behavior Interventionist, BI.Company DescriptionAAA Special Need Services founded by parents and family members with special needs child/adult with a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
