Summary

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Applied Behavioral Learning Experiences, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective ABA therapy. This position allows you the flexibility to design your own schedule while making a significant impact in the lives of individuals within the Autism community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement skill-acquisition programs tailored to each client's needs.
  • Analyze and graph data to monitor progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Supervise the implementation of treatment plans by behavior assistants.
  • Train caregivers and provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistency in care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper medical documentation.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
  • 75% remote 25% in person

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral therapy practices.
  • Strong understanding of working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
  • Excellent diagnostic evaluation skills and ability to create effective treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-directed.
  • Strong communication skills for training staff and interacting with clients and families.
