About Us

Reaching New Heights is a rapidly growing multi-disciplinary therapy and education center where our commitment to "kids first" family-centered services shapes everything we do. The administrative team has adopted the motto "leap and the net will appear" and year after year it continues to serve us well - we take the leap and strive to do things the right way, even and especially when the right way is harder or less convenient than the alternative. We have a small administrative team who all either currently provide therapeutic services or did for many years. We strive to provide a completely individualized, interdisciplinary therapy and educational experience for our clients and their families.

About You

In addition to strong clinical skills and knowledge, the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and values:

  • Flexibility - must be able to pivot, adapt, and react to unexpected situations.
  • Data-driven Intuition - must possess the ability to follow their instincts and problem solve in real time.
  • Confidence - lead by example. Demonstrate confidence in themselves, confidence in the company and confidence in the RBTs they are supervising.
  • Fun - they need to make it fun for the kids AND the RBTs. We all learn best from a place of trust and joy!
  • Open-mindedness - this person needs to be able to take feedback without defensiveness and give feedback with respect and professionalism. Not every therapist will have the same "style" and that is amazing! We all continue to learn and grow every day, and we all bring unique strengths to our roles.

What to Expect

This is a salaried, full-time, on-site role for a fun, energetic, self-directed, organized, creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. This role provides center-based interventions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ages 2-17 and supervises a growing team of BTs and RBTs.

  • BCBAs make their own schedules and can organize their caseload supervision however best suits them within best practice guidelines.
  • Caseloads vary in size depending on BCBA preference and capacity. Caseload decisions are made based on the number of 97155 hours each BCBA is responsible for, rather than the number of clients.
  • You can expect a full caseload (25-32 billable hours per week) within your first 3 months.
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities for BCBAs who meet an average of 80% billable time per week.
  • Frequent touchpoints and support from Director of ABA and Assistant Director of ABA. BCBAs have a weekly 1:1 with the Director of ABA, a bi-weekly all BCBA meeting, and monthly ABA department meetings including all BTs / RBTs.

Benefits

  • PTO accrual after first 3 months.
  • Winter break approximately Christmas Eve through New Year's Day (varies, 2025-2026 is 12/22/25-1/2/26).
