Job Overview
ABA Best Behavioral Center LLC is an agency that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. We provide ABA services to help our clients reduce problem behaviors and increase communication and functional skills. Our goal is to provide individualized treatment because we understand that each person is different.

Our team consists of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians who provide individualized treatment plans to meet clients' goals. We treat children, teens, and young adults with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Disorder, Conduct Disorder.

We provide ABA services in home, school, daycare, and community settings, to offer support within the settings where it is most needed.

We are looking for a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with availability in the Broward County area, to join our growing team! The position comes with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, and you are able to set your own schedule with clients. This is an independent contractor position and pay is based on reported hours. We have cases available and ready to start immediately!

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Medicaid provider #39 Behavior Analysis? (Required)
• Active BCBA certification (Required)
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effectiveness
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide training and support in implementing behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
• Stay current with research in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices

Pay: $70.00 - $76.00 per hour
