As part of our Florida expansion, we are building our first in-house clinical team for our new Boca Raton location and are currently looking for licensed therapists to join us.

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and professional Clinical Psychologists who are interested in working within a structured and collaborative clinical environment.

This role is available under a W-2 employment model, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions
• Maintain professional and accurate clinical documentation
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality procedures
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team
• Support both in-person and online therapy operations when needed
• Maintain a professional and ethical therapeutic environment

Qualifications

• Active Florida clinical license
• (PsyD, PhD, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ethical and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience with clinical documentation systems preferredWhat We Offer
