Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

ABA Best Behavioral Center LLC is an agency that provides our clients with therapeutic ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, to reduce problem behaviors and increase communication and functional skills.

Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Technicians provide individualized treatment plans to children, teens, and young adults with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Disorder, and Conduct Disorder. We provide ABA services in community settings (Home, School/Daycare) throughout the Miami-Dade area.

We are looking for a certified RBT to work with a client in a college campus setting, to start in the Fall 2026 term. This case requires an RBT who can work 15hr/week with scheduled hours from 11am-3pm. This is an independent contractor position, pay is based on reported hours. Please note that this position starts in the 2026 academic year, the third week of August 2026.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to client in a college campus setting
• Complete clinical data collection and daily paperwork in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner
• Track client's progress through data collection
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and Individual Treatment Plans as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Provide assistance in training parents, teachers, and support staff in implementing treatment protocols.
• Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings

Requirements and Skills

• Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification (REQUIRED)
• Active Behavior Analysis Provider 39 Medicaid Provider # (REQUIRED)
• Criminal Background Screening for FL providers of children's services (REQUIRED)
• Working experience as an RBT (PREFERRED)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
