- Master's degree in Social Work required
- Current SSW-310 Authorization for School Social Work or MDE School Social Worker Credential (must include all licenses and certifications with application)
- Experience in schools as a social worker strongly preferred
- Ability to work full-time, onsite throughout the assignment
- Skilled at serving a diverse K-12 caseload and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide social-emotional support and counseling to students across all grade levels
- Conduct assessments and support development of individualized education and intervention plans
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and facilitate access to mental health resources
- Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to promote student success
- Document and monitor progress, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and district guidelines
